im playing on my home  computer with great gcard i get tis error

and i cant auto sell  or sell after i finish any dungeon..im going broke and have over 100k artifacts in silve.I have cleared catche.i have uninstalled and reinstalled game.every thing was fine befor server outige.Then th compinsation sucks.
