Hello, i am not sure if this was ever documented so i'm taking a chance here.

Situation :

• Where : Clan Boss, any affinity
• Who : Dracomorph and Martyr (possibly other def down champ)
• What : On auto, if there is already Def Down applied to the CB, he will not use his A3 to overwrite Def Down and apply Weaken
