The issue:
I recently started booking my Blind Seer. After i fully booked her a3 skill "Self Sacrifice", i noticed no difference with the amount of HP the resurrected champion came to life. (It was still in the 35% range).
This problem might occur bacause the tooltip says: Heal +5% with each book-level and the skill reads: Revives all dead allies to 35% HP. (no healing).
So in this game when you upgrade skill the number increase by booking will be multiplicative.
That means fully booked Blindseer will revive all champs with 35 * (1.15) = 40.25% "not" 35+15= 50%
Same goes with your mastery that improve healing and such.

This brings up another issue, 3leg books for 5% hp on a situational skill is kind off a ripoff. (15% was even a bad deal) But got to live with it.
Ikr, after knowing this will make you hesitate to book any support champs everytime , except when the cooldown is reduced.
But just more FYI the same system applies to dmg dealing skills, but for those champs it's kinda good, since normally base dmg is like 400%. When upgraded +15% is 60% so it's a huge diff.
Ah ok, thanks for the info man. I guess on the brightside: All the books i put into her now are on the a2 (also multiplicative :/).
