Just tried it on different set got 15 OK then just won't upgrade. Lost about 300,000 on that. 

I just manually upgraded 2 pieces one worked just fine one hit 13 then succeeded but still showed 13.   I logged out and came back and it did it again.  This happened several times and has cost me a couple of million silver total!

Yeah I had to do it 1 where keep pressing button for every try. Annoying slow and doesn't cover what I lost. Something up with autolevel armour. 

Where is support thought they reply

Haha they won't reply. They only care for themselves. They only care that if something is broken, that it doesn't need fixed because they think we are going to just buy more of their shit. If you read through all of the Bug reports, there's not 1 single reply from a moderator. No support at all for this game.

When to upgrade my armour it. Open up the armour menu. Clicked up grade set it to level 16 and clicked it to do so.

Continues to fail to upgrade then runs out money. Opens texted box saying there issue if keeps happening to report it to support. Have lost 1 million trying update armour. First few times gave back 197,000. Second attempt gave me back 392,000. 

Before this had managed update armour as normal. Hoping sorts so can get draconius from armour upgrade competition. 

Before update today had no issues. After update no issues on updating to level 4 and level 8. Only seems to happen when trying upgrade to level 16. Not upgraded to level 12 since update. Have tried on few different pieces of armour.
