on the PC i have turned on all notification in game and on the computer dealing with raid and Plarium. i can NOT complete this quest there is like an error with it. i have turned all notifications off restarted computer then turned On all notifications and reloaded game (still nothing) restarted computer and still nothing..

really would like to have this quest thing completed
