Hi,

I was opening one of my two remaining shards when the game crashed. It was just there for a long time frozen and asking to retry to I closed the game. After attempting to log in I was unable to do so. When I finally logged into the game I noticed that there was one sacred shard instead of two. I looked through my inventory and did no find the champ that was summoned. This took place around 11:40 am EST on 9/25/2020. Sacred shards are expensive so you’re help will be appreciated.
