Hi there. I have realized that my tier rewards have not been allocated to my profile 

The tier reward appears but does not reflect after the tap to continue 

In the early stages I did not realise it as I thought it was similar to the tournament and events pop ups that show the possible rewards.  

But I have been monitoring and have noticed that I have actually missed out on a massive amount of tier rewards due to this

Please could you do a check on my account to see what has been missed
