Hi Plarium/RSL staff,

Windows 10; version 2004

In the current Artifact Enhancement Event I upgraded Artifacts, but received no points on the progress meter for the event.  I exited the game and launched it again, but that made no difference.  [Not long after that there was a connection error. I was able to launch again shortly after that.]  

Points for the other two events are being credited.

I would appreciate it if the points issue was addressed, otherwise there is no reason to participate in the event.

I tried to submit a bug report here : https://plarium-mobile-support.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/requests
but the form does not have Raid Shadow Legends in the list of games and does not accept the format of my email address.
