I have been member of this forum for many years now as you can see... And i think i spend more time being banned on this forum than i actually typed posts on it. So time has come to get me another ban, because that is how you deal with people who point out how bad you really are.

And most of my time on forum I was banned because I pointed out that your games are not balanced, that your algorithm sucks... i mean we all can google and learn what that means and what it represents, well most of us, you and your support team and so called comunity menagers are hidding behind that word, without knowing the true meaning of it... never mind, people are not guilty because they are ignorant.

  I only post when i have solid proof that you are cheating and stealing from us players. I did noticed this before but never gave much attention to it before today...

I've been dealing with this issue for awhile now, but never got time to take a screenshots to prove it... but now i did...it has been going on all the time...

You claim you fixed arena, right? you fixed crap, like whole you're game, it sucks. It is much harder to collect medals, it is much harder to progress in arena now than it was like a month ago.

So to get on my point: you have players to choose to fight with and each battle will give you points if you win. this is my list:

It took awhile for loading, it always does after you have patches in the game, we all know, that's why the circle is in the middle of the screenshoot... it says I will gain 8 points if I win, right? arena points i mean, just so we don't get confused here.

In this picture you can see i won the fight, game crashed... it didn't let me continue so I need to restart it... it took few minutes... and after I did restart it, look what I get:

hmmm, it says only 7 points...

You don't need to be a nuclear physicist to see that there is something wrong here... After the reload he has 7 points less, because i won, so he lost 7 points, I should get 8 but i got only 7. Now why is that? I suggest you talk to your algorithm, and tell him to not drink or use drugs while working...because he is obviously on something, right?

This is the one case I caught.. It occurs all the time, but I ain't spending my time discovering your faults. You have people on your payroll to do that.

And yet another thing about how you fixed arena: you announce that you will be doing server maintenance, and due to that period of time(15-20 min), no one can get in the game… but suddenly, when i log back in, there is at least 100 points less in the arena…

Basicly, your last so called ''fix'' on arena obviously didn't work. Arena is harder and impossible to keep up, no matter what.
