Hi,

This week it happened for the third time, i log into the game, receive my reward for Gold 4, but when i want to start an Arena match i see that i was put in Gold 3 with 2600 points. It is definately not that i moved down from gold4 because of loosing some battles, no i get put directly for this week into Gold3 to start with.

This is really frustrating.

Can you please take a look why this is happening and put me where i should be?
