By mistake i end up have upgrading a champion in the Tavern that was in Sparring Pit, this caused the champion to be in level 29 but at same time was on level 30 without allowing to upgrade rank since was in lv 29 and not allowing to upgrade level because was on lv 30 at same time.

Only after upgrading the champion on Sparring Pit did allow to keep evolving the champion.
