Thank you for contacting us.

Please send us the following files:

- log.txt

- pp_log.txt

To find "log.txt", open the folder where Plarium Play is installed> Plarium Play> StandAloneApps\raid\*number*\log.txt

To find "pp_log.txt", open the folder where Plarium Play is installed> PlariumPlay> pp_log.txt

Please provide those files, so we could check what's causing these crashes.

Hello!

Right-click the Plarium Play launcher and choose "Open File Location" from the pop-up menu.

Then open this folder: StandAloneApps\raid\*number* and find the file "log.txt".

Attach it to your message.

Then go back to the first folder you've opened.

Find the file "pp_log.txt" and attach it, too.

Hello!

Thank you for your patience.


We will need to verify a few details for our investigation.


1. Please open your Plarium Play and advise what is the version of the client.

Open "Setting" > scroll to the bottom and you will have the info: https://www.screencast.com/t/X1nbuVgmjenr


2. What game version is installed on the PC? Open your Profile > Tap "Info" > Check the version: https://www.screencast.com/t/WGFmAGnQlIS


3. Once the issue occurred, did you try to fully uninstall Raid and Plarium Play from your PC and reinstall it back?

If not, please follow these steps to reinstall Plarium Play:

- open the folder where Plarium Play is installed;

- find the "uninstall.exe" file in the Plarium Play folder;

- run the file to uninstall Plarium Play Application from your computer;

- after deleting Plarium Play, reinstall the application from the official site plarium.com.


4. After you collect all information and reinstall Plarium Play and Raid, please try to reproduce the bug crash as you did before.

So I did all that. And after uninstalling, then reinstalling Plarium, then I did 3 runs of Brutal, Tilshire Campaigns !
