I am working on an iPad. Issue occurred at 11:30am 9/3/2020. 

I was upgrading an artifact on Luria. It kept saying it had Upgraded (lvls 13-16) and kept taking my money, but didn’t upgrade the lvl. Then it all seemed to catch up and I got 3 lvls at once.  Same thing then happened to Vergis, but I didn’t see the changes take effect. I have stopped trying now as I don’t want to lose money.
