WTR (way to reproduce an issue):

Step 1: Go to upgrade an artifact

Step 2: set upgrade lvl (tend to see when I've set to 12)

Step 3: on the last upgrade, I will watch it say "Success" and instead of the expected upgrade and finish, it will continue to take silver and attempt the upgrade again. I've watched it do this several times until I hit cancel. This has happened at least 3 times that I noticed. One of the times I cancelled after a "fail" (again, after watching it succeed) and it wouldn't upgrade the artifact. The other two times it did upgrade after I hit cancel.
