So first off, little back story as to how all this started. So in the past month ive been unfortunate enough to be hit with the games auto bann scripts for bots i think 5 times now. getting banns for doing literally nothing but trying to teach new players. and about 3 weeks ago, plarium support lifted ONE of these banns. which already is a load of shit that they dont help.

See i spend the vast majority of my time when i dont have energy or while grinding the terrible boring farm for food champs, chatting with my friends in my home channel to keep the dullness of this game at bay or helping new players understand the game better. ya know, gettin their campaign farmers, focusing on campaign to start, building teams, all that fun stuff. I rely on the chat alot. Yet these banns have caused a huge problem for me doing both those things.  However it gets much worse. 


After plarium "generously" lifted one the banns 3 weeks ago, i started to get what we are calling in my channel "shadow banned". Which means that my chat, becomes invisible. my messages dont show up on my screen at all. which is quite lovely because in order for plarium support to help fix this problem, they insisted i get screen shots... of my chat that DOESNT show up. -_- which ya know wouldnt be so bad, except im not the only one my chat doesnt show up for. half the people in my channel cant see my messages. no name, no slot for the messages, nothing. its as if im not even talking. and this now happens for several hours EVERY TIME a bot selling accounts gets banned. which happens ALOT.

So since plarium has been completely USELESS in helping, taking 3 weeks just to finally tell me to get over it or switch channels, i have come to realize that they are 100% useless. no compensation, no help, just more trouble for the problems caused by their system. So im asking the players now. Does anyone have any experience with this and/or any tips to make it go away? Not sure if players actually go in and read this but i need someone who knows the struggle and is actually willing to help. not just gonna tell me to fuck off.
