I was grinding Ice Golem's Peak level 20 for the current Tournament, when I've noticed 0 dmg crits jumping from time to time. 
It looks like once in 10/15 times Dracomorph's Seeping Pain (A1) does 0 damage on the second target of the skill. 

Considering that every time I've noticed this issue a Warmaster proc was visible, i guess its somewhat related or it helps noticing the issue, maybe without that proc we don't even see the 0 dmg, even though i think there is a attack animation on the 2nd target, i'll keep an eye on this.
