Not to be a bother and not that there is anything that can be done but...

upon winning a sacred shard or above in a clan boss chest or by winning a dungeon battle reward it shows that typically a sacred shard as a prize. When I get back to my bastion to go to summon from the new sacred shard it simply isn't there. Not sure if this can be fixed for just my crap luck. Thanks for your time.
