I purchased a clan boss key with gems.  When I went into the ultimate Clan Boss to use the key, the game crashed stating there was an error.  I relogged in to attempt the ultimate clan boss, but my key was gone as well as my gems.  I would like to have my gems refunded, or the key returned.
