Okay, first of all, who the hell designed these forums? What I'm experiencing doesn't really feel like a bug report, per se, but there's no option to option to start a topic under support in general, nor is there any option to move past the 6 most recent ones. I've spent probably close to 2 hours just trying to figure out how to post on this damned this, and the only answer the FAQ gives is "press the relevant button" - WELL HOLY SHIT! YOU DON'T SAY! WOULD SURE BE NICE IF I HAD ONE TO PRESS!?!?!

Anyway, enough about THAT frustration, lets get to the one that brought me here.

Sooooo I've spent literally all of my play time for the last 2 days, a ton of energy refills, a bunch of gems, etc. all on this dragon tournment JUST to get Hellfang, so I would have him for the fusion. I finally get to him, hit the claim button, and everything seems to work just fine, until....

HE'S NOWHERE TO BE FOUND IN MY CHAMPIONS.

So now all of that was for nothing, and I'm not going to be able to do the fusion. Thanks guys.

Then as if that wasn't bad enough, I send in a support message, and get an email back saying it's "being forwarded to the game developers" because the tech support "doesn't handle game issues" - THEN WHO THE HELL ARE WE SUPPOSED TO CONTACT?


And it's not like this is even the first time I've experienced similar problems of just not getting the rewards I earned, but I've been warned time and time again that it's impossible to get any actual customer support in this game, and (as with this time) I couldn't find any indication of how to even TRY to get any, so I sucked it up. But not this time. Too many resources spent just to get nothing. I've had enough.

Honestly, I'm about at my wits end and damned near ready to give up on this game. If I don't get a VERY helpful response soon, I'm done.
