I recently received a void shard from the daily login reward program (12 day reward) only to find out that when I logged in later today, I did not have the void shard in my listing, even though my reward shows claimed on my account.
System is iPad Air
Software version 12.4.7
This happens a lot with daily logins. I thought I was the only 1 it was happening to. I am assuming we won't receive any kind of compensation. I have gotten a epic Tome from daily rewards to upgrade skills on a champ. Well I haven't yet gotten a reply from the ticket I filed to "Tech Support" and thread in forums for their so called "Technomancers". Plarium are just scammers.i bet they think since you lost those Shards, they think you will spend money to buy more.. Who the fuck would buy more after they already lost something or Plarium just steals shit from people's account to make them think they lost and need to buy more. Well Fuck You Plarium.
I know your game now. Everyone else will know too. They should know that they are getting scammed.
