Gem Mine upgrade fail, fourth attempt at support
I paid 500 gems to upgrade my mine to level 3, lost the gems, and it's still level 2.
I submitted a ticket on 7/1. No response. Today I noticed it says I submitted my ticket on 7/3. I'll just leave that one alone...
I raised the issue in Google Play because I know you guys read the reviews if nothing else. Wonder of wonders, I got a response. I was to told to be sure that I didn't submit a ticket in a no-reply category. I went back to the app to submit a new ticket. Any guesses? Yep, that's right, EVERY CATEGORY IS A NO REPLY CATEGORY. About as helpful as when they said to turn off notifications to not be bombarded with offers every time I go to the bastion, and I did, and nothing changed.
The game is pretty good for a freemium cash-grab. I enjoy most aspects of it. I can ignore most of the problems like low hero rates, utter lack of farmable shards, minimal dungeon payoff, whatever. I get it. You guys want the money, if I don't pay up, I have to be patient. I'm fine with that.
I was patient enough to grind the gems to upgrade my mine, I can't be as patient with a tech support network that just doesn't do anything besides pacifying people with a hot nerd girl. No offense, Cirilla, but I lost the v card decades ago. I'm not about to forget my problem because a blonde says it's ok.
