You more than likely won't get a response. Not here anyways. Better off asking other players on the in-game chat on channel 1, probably. There are some pretty smart\long time players that hang out there a lot. To get a moderator you'd have to go straight to the source and just email them.
Like I said in my own thread, while I was bitching of course, "I've been going through all these Bug Reports and can't find a single comment from a moderator for a while." Last reply I've seen them respond to about fixing anything was in February 2019...

I'd quit the game myself, if I hadn't been so dumb and spent all that money in the beginning. Just to get ahead faster, no doubt. Those damn deals in the shop are shit if you don't have the money to waste on them. Ain't worth it in my opinion. It is fun in most parts. But, so much crap is wrong or just plain rigged that way for them.
Ok not that any of this really matters, or has anything to do with your bug report, but when my Rotos The Lost Groom uses his "Fated Destruction" skill, "Enemies killed by this skill cannot be revived". I am thinking if it says this, then it can't be resisted. I would think if it said it for any champion, it means the same thing and can't be resisted. But then again I could be wrong.
