i was using shards to create new characters. i had enough slots for the new characters, all was going well. then i got what it said was legendary, i got all excited and wanted to go check it out in my heroes section, took a look and i was one hero missing, no legendary. i assume this is some kind of a bug, i am sure there is a way to trace it and find out what the problem is. took me about 10 mins or so to figure out how to submit a bug, maybe 15. i assume this problem will be corrected as i was super excited and now i fell really let down. thank you for your time.    pc windows 10    as i am rather new and still learning i guess the only way to reproduce would be to burn a shard i guess?! i am now really scared to even play as i don't want to do anything to mess things up on getting this issue addressed. thank you for your time.

after careful inspection of my inventory, i noticed i had a legendary item but it was not a hero. that makes no sense as it gave me a legendary hero when i crushed the shard at the portal. i believe this may help to solve the problem as i never looted a legendary item at all, i keep an eye on what i loot.
