Dear Plarium Team,
are you sure that you have adjusted the chances of getting an epic or a legandary via ancient Shards to 16%/ 1 %? I just opened 93 Ancient Shards ( that i collected the last 4 months). And I got 84 Rares , 9 Epics ( about 9.67 %) , 5 out of 9 Epics were duplicates ( I have 20 Epics in total on my account, so very much bad luck) and 0 Legendarys. So 9.67 % is not even close to 16 %.

If this is not a bug, could u give me at least something useful for my 93 Shards ? If that is what playing quite excessive for 4 Months gives u it is very dissappointing and its seems to be impossible to reach the Endgame as a "Free 2 Play" Player / Low Spender. My last Months playing this Game led to this Peak of opening 93 Shards and i am so disappointed right now for getting nothing useful. If I had bought these Shards i would have spent 200 € for nothing. I would be very pleased if u could overthink your Cost-Benefit Ratio.
