Hallowed Hall Stage 5 Nightmare 3 Stars
Have beaten this stage twice now under 3• Star conditions ( 2 Champions, No Losses ) but it has only awarded me 2• Stars for the battle = both times.

Did you finish the stage in less than 10 minutes? If you check the conditions, it also states that you need to finish the stage in less than 10 minutes.
