Title: Khoronar will be able to continuously perform Counter Attack (passive skill) even if Minaya is dead.

Steps to Reproduce the Issue;

1. In Arena, the opponent has 2 Khoronar, 1 Minaya and 1 Krisk.

2. Use your champions to kill off both Minaya and Krisk, leaving 2 Khoronar.

3. Whenever you attack Khoronar (Minaya is dead), he will Counter Attack you, even when you do not have any debuff (e.g. Decrease Attack, Decrease SPD, etc).

Khoronar passive skill should be fix (implement the same fixes similar to Tormin passive skill, where he will not freeze/activate when he is dead).

Also, apply a nerf to Khoronar passive skill. If there are multiple Khoronar in battle, only 1 Khoronar champion is able to trigger the counter attack when Minaya is on the same team. Otherwise, is overpowered.
