Hi, 

I just started playing this game and I've been having a TON of technical issues, but one in particular is really getting on my nerves.

So far I've only been able to collect 3 new champions, aside from the one I started with. Each time, upon opening the shard, I'd wait on the 'loading' screen for well over a minute and nothing would happen, so I'd restart the game and the champion would be in my collection. For the first two, no major issues after that.

But the third one I open is now completely unusable. When I go to load him for ANYTHING - to assign him to a team, to view him in the roster, etc.... anything that involves me clicking on him, I get a loading menu that races to 7/9... and then gets stuck and never actually loads him.
