Games crashes whenever I try to do a arena or clan boss battle

I go to the arena or clan boss and pick an opponent. After the load screen, as the characters are becoming visible, the game freezes and crashes. When I reboot the game I get the message to report an unfinished battle. It uses my coins and my keys. It takes my points away in the arena as if I lost.
This has been happening since May 15th. So I have not been able to complete the daily quests or max out points in my clan for 3 days now.
I also reported it in the in-game bug reporting system but have only received the generic response back.
