Incredibly noticeable in Arena.
Serris will steal a buff, it will apply to herself, the enemy will receive the fear debuff and the AOE block debuffs procs … occasionally.
It seems to proc less than half the time now but the bug is only 2 days old so it's hard to tell.
The Block Debuffs will only be applied if her A2 successfully steals a buff.
If you're positive that the Block Debuffs is still not being applied even after successfully stealing a buff, please try to record the instance on video so we can submit this to support.
I'm on mobile & i'm having this same exact problem.
Successful steal buff and a successful fear debuff.
But it doesn't always apply the block debuffs.
Sometimes it does, other times it doesn't.
I am on a mobile samsung S9+. I also experience this frequently. A2 is used. A buff is stolen and block debuffs is not applied to my team. It is hit or miss. I''m starting to think that the 40% chance to steal the buff is also being applied as a 40% chance to apply the block debuffs on my team. Maybe an oversight in a loop that executes the skill. I'll try to record it if I can figure out how.
