Title: Rearguard Sergeant is not using her A3 skill "Fend Them Off" and A2 skill "Flail Master" when Skill Cooldown is reset in Clan Boss battle.

WTR (way to reproduce an issue):

Pre-requisite:

• Rearguard Sergeant used in this demo is Level 60 fully ascended with Lifesteal Set and Speed Set.
• Her speed is between 171~179, with 250~300 accuracy to inflict debuff.
• The clan boss is a counter attack team: Altan (Lead 1st Speed 179), Rhazin Scarhide (2nd Speed 178), Rearguard Sergeant (3rd Speed 172), Frozen Banshee (4th Speed 176) and Skullcrusher (5th position Speed 171)
• Battle in Clan Boss Brutal/Nightmare.

Step by Step:

1. Clan Boss 1st round: Activate A2 skill "Flail Master".
2. Clan Boss 2nd round: Activate A3 skill "Fend them Off".
   
3. Clan Boss 3rd round: Run Auto.
4. Auto = She will keep using her A1 until to the next round. Just before the Clan Boss uses his 2nd stun attack, Rearguard uses A3 skill. 

Rearguard Sergeant does not immediately uses her skill after the skill cooldown is reset.
