Regarding the in-game crashes/freezes, there are no ongoing server issues unless these are announced.
However, If the issue isn't caused by server maintenance either planned or unplanned, players can try the following:
1. Changing your connection method or use a VPN service to change your IP address.
2. Using Android OS emulators (e.g., BlueStacks, NOX).
3. Using another device to play the game.
4. Lowering in-game graphics and FPS settings
From our end, we are working on optimizing the game so that is suffers less from connection interference.
For this reason, support and moderators cannot always give you a clear answer on what's causing these issues and we suggest trying to go through as much troubleshooting as possible.

Progress mission is stuck and won’t respond on my iPhone X 13.4.1. I go into progress mission and I put on 6 life artifacts on two different champs, wasted a bunch a coin and it still hasn’t registered that if completed the mission, therefore can’t advance. Need some help here... I want that Arbiter!!! Also, I purchased amazon prime during the Ultimate Galek give away and never received him... did I mess up some how??? Miss a code or something?
