There something wrong with the buff placing algorithm. It has 100% sleep chance, but won't hit and no resist message comes up. My trunda with 240 accuracy is hitting far more accurately then my kymar with 390 and trundas stun is only 80% chance. This needs to be fixed. literally ruins the champ for arena and peoples spider runs.
