Hello, my IGN name is Kuya Kulata.
I got 2 void shards. 1 from my gold arena chest and 1 from the monthly (I got the sacred shard though)
Both are missing from my summoning for some reason.
Please help
How does one send a ticket for missing shards?

Lol, whey just close tickets without any feedback. I've created two tickets. One is missing shard from Arena reward, the second - was today after 40 autobatles(I have subscription, unfortunately) with autosell - silver for sold items were NOT added(on screen was 1.2kk result, but ~0.6kk was added).
And whey just moved ticket to solved. And did the same when I reopened ticket in a few minutes.
