Tldr: she does not activate her decrease deffense before attacking, ever, she activates it after

I always suspected it because it feels like too low amount of damage, today I confirmed it in arena as you can see in the video, the damage that she does is literally the same when she gets resisted or not resisted... actually is worse when she applies decrease deffense
