I am exeperiencing a bug on Kael using the PC application using a set of speed gloves.

I spent 500k silver to level a set of gloves four times. The item was level 12 and it should have leveled to sixteen. However, it did not level. Now matter how many times I caused the item to level (I counted 7) even though the progress bar shows complete, the leveling itself and state changes fail to occurr.

Steps to replicate:

Windows 10: Raid Shadow Legends

Kael Crit Rate Speed Gloves

Select Blue Button Upgrade to Level 16

Gloves will continue to level, removing silver from account but not providing any benefits or upgrades to item.

If you could fix this bug and perhaps return my silver to me, I would greatly appreciate it.
