Hey,

Dracomorph won't use his A3 (Baleful Eye) when there's already a weaken or defense down debuff applied on the enemy(CB).

Maybe a rework on his AI would help, something changed since the beginning of the year. This behavior will result in a huge loss of damage output . It was confirmed in CB fights on auto.
