In the 10x sacred Order event i pulled 3 frostbringers as my 3 epics in a row. I had 67 blue shards and 3 sacreds. I got 3 epics total, all the same. 8.5% to epic or legendary and going 0 for 67. Then all 3 sacreds are the same epic?? 

After seeing the YouTube videos about no RNG on the equipment I have to wonder if shards are bugged too  

Please replace the shards or credit me gems to buy the blue ones back. It really isn’t possible, i was a victum of the game non rng. I spent real money and was promised a real random chance. Please refund. I have screenshots. 

I’m not really being unreasonable. Real money should get a real chance or its theft as I was promised random. 

Look man, in an event they have to edit the algorithm, the chance for moving a decimal or making a mistake isn’t 0%. I would prefer someone just admit that if they plugged the odds of getting 3 of the same epics in 3 seconds with there being 4-5 epics all event setup up to 10x chance that, then multiple that % by the % chance of pulling ZERO epics from 67 shards that had 8.5%. When you multiply those 2  things from happing it would exceed the TRILLIONS probably even missing a zero still. 

Why does a company get away with “we are perfect, we won’t even consider compensating the very RARE but very real chance we screwed up and the games wasn’t fair”  

Seriously crediting next some gems to replace my shards isn’t a big deal to them but it’s a stock I. The eye to not even get a reply from my support ticket other than “we don’t compensate”
