I can verify this as well, I use FB in a martyr CB team, so Cb always has at least 6 debuffs. After 25 million done in damage he never applied a single hp burn. This was with a 226 acc on brutal Cb, the boss was also not debuff/buff capped either. On the plus side I put him in to see if they fixed his a2 ai bug, and that has been fixed so maybe during fixing that you guys missed a semi colon at the end of one of the lines of code? Lol.

I am experiencing the same bug with Elder Skarg on CB fights. 

The HP Burn rebuff does not seem to apply, and he doesn't even strike 6 times (at every attempt, only 4 strikes). 

From the amount of damage he deals, it actually seems like he applies the rebuff nonetheless, but there is no visual effect on the CB nor any other indicators. 

I just rolled him during last double summons and began noticing the same issue in all battles I used him in (cb/arena/dungeon/campaign) but this is the first time seeing another post related to it and not the AI big.I'm assuming they JUST fixed the AI? Just to break something else 😭 

This has been reported to support and is being looked into already.
