You received it, but the game didn't show you the pop up. Just check the rewards in you inventory.

I've had a similar issue for the last 3-4 weeks. I get the chest but the items never show up in my inventory. Took screenshots this time and sent to support but I doubt they can/will do anything. very annoying because I have missed out on gems, shards and other decent items
