for the last 4 arena resets both myself, my partner and 3other people from our clan that I Am aware of, have not received all of our rewards from the reset of the arena. 

This week all we got added to our accounts was the gems and artefacts, but missing our skill book and shard. Last reset we didn't get any of the rewards at all and same for the 2 resets before that.. 

Please can someone shed some light on this issue as that's 150 gems, 4 blue shards and 6 artefacts per player missing that 5 of us whom pay to play, have missed out on our rewards.
