Yes, it has been fixed, but it won't count the energy you used during the bug. You'll have to repeat the mission to complete it.
Could those of us who reported the incident before it was fixed get compensated for how this affected our gameplay? Especially those in circumstances like mine where I purchased a battle pass a day before this bug and it completely messed up my levelling because of the energy I knew I had to conserve to do all the collect 25 potions from dungeons missions quickly. I basically wasn't able to level as fast as a result and then this affected my ranking up in the arena due to this bug getting fixed AFTER I could no longer access all of the dungeons when you first create your account. (I saw one of the recent news posts about multi accounts btw and I actually am new to this game, screwed up my first account because I had no idea what I was doing but I didn't refer myself on this acc it was just a genuine earlygame doover :P)
Basically I wasn't able to ascend my Champions up to be able to succeed strongly in the earlygame arena.
Honestly I'd be happy with just 5 arena scrolls since being unable to quickly get into silver 1 ranking is preventing me from levelling properly. It's really holding me back and has been since the bug first occurred a while ago now. So obviously it's been annoying me a bit and so I felt like I should say something about it and just ask politely ask for someone to undo most the damage that the bug has done to my progress with just 5 arena scrolls.
I really need to hear from somebody in regards to this.
I know how frustrating are these bugs, but no, you won't be compensated.
I literally paid around $30USD for a raid pass that I wasn't able to use properly due to this bug. I'd understand why that decision would have been made if there was question over whether or not the bug exists and the length it affected people for. I'm asking for just 5 arena scrolls to replace the ones that went to waste for me due to the effect this bug had. I wouldn't request this if I hadn't paid $30 for my Raid Pass 1 day before the bug affected me. The bug made my purchase considerably less usable and affected me so much worse than just 5 arena scrolls worth of compensation. I'm just asking for this for me since it's unlikely the bug would have affected any other player in the considerable way it affected me.
Despite heaps of posts regarding the bug it took days for the devs to acknowledge that they were aware of the bug and was then fixed within 1 day of that. I wouldn't have bothered to even ask for any sort of compensation if the bug had been fixed before my new user ability to access all force/spirit/magic/void dungeons ran out. This unfortunately has put up a huge wall for me in terms of advancing in the arena which is why I'm requesting 5 arena scrolls. I'm not fussed about any of the other ways the bug affected me.
