I don't think my battle pass points were counted after I completed the quests.  I'll check and make sure after I receive al the daily Playtime Rewards.

 No, I apologize.  Battle Pass Points and Rewards are working properly.  I must have not noticed or remembered that I collected a reward earlier.  My bad.

I have claimed two separate xp bonus rewards from battlepass and I still dont have an active xp bonus.

It usually goes to your mail box.
