Clarification about how to do the challenge. The wording in the challenge is very open but the “answers/rumours” from those who claim to have completed the challenge make it sound very specific.

Please update us and communicate with the community more. Or just give us the prize for the weekly challenge

I have tried everything from difficulty changes, standard stage and boss stages, different pieces, different qualities, and different rareitys. My count is still only on 2/14. It's been 2 days. Fix this BS. Why does nothing ever work right in this game? Seriously

Come on guys... It can’t be that hard to fix this. We all spent our hard earned money on this Battle Pass, spent Mooney, time and energy to get the tasks done. How hard can it be on your side to fix this bug so we can all be happy again? 

Yup, needs to be fixed.

The first thing I tried was just getting 1 of each artifact from the 7 zones, that didn’t give any credit.  Then I ran the first zones again this time making sure I received 2 artifacts of 4* or better from every stage, that didn’t work. I went to ice golem and auto ran it (stage 10) nine times receiving 6 eligible artifacts of rare and epic quality, that didn’t work. All my campaign runs were on brutal. Still 0/14.

Same here 2/14 ran on hardcore and normal stage 1 thru 4 getting 1 of each peace....

Same here. And 3 members of my clan reported the same

OMG again bug...

+1 all of that, i farmed every set, weird thing is that it says basic sets, then has 14 pieces, but 7 sets listed? The quest text might just be really misleading but i farmed 7 complete sets of all the basic gear and only got credit for 6 pieces. 

Same problem here, and also last week's selling artifacts challange is frozen as well. I sold well over 50 artifacts

I didn't have a problem with any other weekly quests until this basic artifact quest. I thought it might require 14 artifacts from EACH of the 7 basic sets but I'm still 0/14 after burning through 500 energy. I'm really curious what the folks that have gotten some credit did differently. I already reached BP 100 but the armor sets from weekly quests are the real draw

So what about my 800 energy? Im still at 0/14! I went stage by stage winning 14 of each artifact set. Got to resistance and did 9 and found out I was still at 0/14. Am I going to get credit or compensation? Can you explain the mechanics of this to me? I dont want to waste any more energy on this. Thank you!
