Clan Boss Comp Speeds Get Messed up with Rotos in Composition
Device: iPhone Xs Max
OS: iOS 13.3.1
Way to Reproduce Issue:
Create the following composition for UNM Clanboss
Roshard the Tower - 251 speed
Dracomorph - 179 speed
Steelskull - 175 speed
Skullcrusher - 174 speed (TEAM LEADER)
Warlord - 173 speed
Using this composition I can consistently hit 25 - 27m per key on the VOID UNM Clan Boss. No one has any turn meter masteries. The comp works such that Roshard has enough speed to place his unkillable buff on both rounds of the clan bosses AOE attacks. Prior to the stun attack, skullcrusher places his Unkillable/CounterAttack (Stonewall) buff, and then Warlord protects him from the Stun by utilizing "Protection of Gods". After the 3rd cycle, Roshard is able to always have the unkillable buff for the first 2 rounds of the cycle (AOE / AOE / Stun, repeat cycle)
I have attempted to substitute Rotos in for Steelskull. I made Rotos the exact same speed as SS. Rotos doesn't make anyone faster, he has no masteries that affects the turn meter of his teammates, or himself. He is in relentless gear, and his A1 gives him extra turns... he takes plenty of extra turns.
This comp should perform the exact same as the abovementioned composition, in regards to speed tuned turns, and the order in which each champion goes. However, that is not the case. After a few rounds, Roshard ends up going before Warlord, speeds get messed up, and Warlord doesn't block debuffs on Skullcrusher after he goes unkillable. I can provide a short video if someone wish to watch.
Edit: I believe that the extra turns that Rotos is taking is causing everyone to gain turn meter, which is what causes Roshard to eventually go before Warlord. I don't think that this should be the case.
