To all of the devs and mods out there:

I am 100% aware that a game is a game and that it is more than likely going to encounter bugs along the way.

However, with that being said, I am extremely disappointed that when I and many other players have pointed out issues with the game, these have failed to be rectified.

I have had several issues that I have either posted about in forums or via in-game support modules (that still don’t work FYI) and neither have resulted in much success (save for connecting my Plarium ID).

This means that despite spending money and putting time into the game, players are definitely not getting the experience that they deserve.

I would like to see devs and mods respond publicly to comments and actually attempt to resolve issues rather than saying they will and then in, reality doing absolutely nothing.

I have had Sacred shards yielding terrible champions, Ancient shards with ‘2x bonus chance to summon epic and legendary champions’ summon only rares which is no better than normal, boss keys AND energy lost due to servers being down and then not being replaced/suitably compensated for the losses.

Acts need to be got together.
