2x ancient bugged?
Just pulled 18 ancients and not 1 epic or legendary. The portal is also yellow not blue so did they activate wrong 2x and put up sacred instead?

i opened 26 ancients, and got 2 (crappy ) epics.
That's definitely an 8% chance, not 16% as it should be.
Also, summoning portal is yellow, not blue. Its just like it was on 2x sacred shards!
I did open my sacred shard, cause at first i thought it is a 2x sacred, not ancient. And ofc, of the 10 epics i have on my account, i pulled cagebreaker for the 3rd time.
Im waiting for a statement for Plarium, but i am genuinely considering asking for a refund for the battlepass and all the shop pack purchases i made in the last month.

Go for it and you will be banned ... not that it's a bad thing all things considered.
If you decide to stay here just halt on any spending and go full f2p.
BTW. Apparently they have decided that all 2x will be good glow from now on ... Perfect communication as always plarium...
It is almost like they want to confuse players to open wrong shards just to use them without actual increased chances...
If it was 1st time it might have been honest mistake, but knowing plarium - it was done on purpose ...

This game keeps messing me up. Saved all my Ancient Shards for today so I can use them during the double chance event and woke up this morning to find that the game took them all away. It would've been if it was just one or two but all of them? What in the actual f#$@. Oh this isn't the first time either. Thanks for wasting my time, money, and energy. Getting really fed up with this f'ing game. F u u dumb pieces of $#!t for wasting my time.

I’m having the same issue. Opened about 40 something shard and the drop rate wasn’t even 1x. Usually see a marked difference in drop rates. Stopped opening shards once I figured it was broke. Not sure how they can fix this one. They seem to have some real quality of service issues. Considering quitting after all these silly problems

I have that same problem. I opened 14 Ancient shards and no epic or legendary champions, just rare.....

I have opened over 50 ancient stones and only received 2 epic and 1 legendary I feel again another false claim for 2x the chance the same happened while trying to get the bride think you guys need to fix these issues not all of us can drop hundreds of dollars on a game I have two accounts because I couldn’t have one on two devices I can’t have raid card on both accounts is another issue

Don't know what they did to fix your issue, but they broke it for me.
Using a single ancient shard consumed double shards. Did this three times on the fouth time I found out. I've lost 3 shards to this and am afraid to use any more.
Of course support won't load in game now. This is the second time the game has used double resources in as many months. My ticket was ignored the first time. I'm not confident I'll be reimbursed this time either.
Plarium you need to make this right and over compensate if you can't get it done before I go to bed tonight for the event.
No, a clan key and 100 energy won't cut it
