I'm in the same boat. Tried switching to strong team to get no KOs, still nothing. And did they remove support from game menu? I get infinite loading screen even after full reinstallation

Kael and Athel are not from the same faction. They need to be all dark elves fore example

I'm kicking myself in the rear. Faction means Orc, Skinwalkers, etc. Took me a minute to realize it lol.
