NO COMPENSATION GIVEN AFTER ASCENTION BUG! NO SUPPORT!
Hello, I am hoping someone actually reads these complaints as I know for a fact I am not the only person that has been effected by these ongoing issues.
I read your news that you were giving all effected players who bought the battle pass the “compensation “ well that is not the case! Once again nothing was provided. I know this because I am fully aware of how many potions I had as I was paying attention for the fusion making sure I had enough to complete. What is going on??
Also it isn’t like I can or many of us can open a support ticket because that has been broken for weeks. I have logged out of the game refreshed the server done everything that I could to see if maybe it was on my end but once again it is not.
I am pretty sure nothing will come of this and that it will be ignored as usual but I know for a fact I am not the only one having the same issues.
If you knew there was an issue which we all know that you do Why oh Why didn’t you just give every player the compensation? In the long run would it really have cost you anything?? It’s not like we were provided any greater or superior potions it was supposed to be just the lesser.
If anyone from Plarium reads this please sort this out for the rest of us it would be greatly appreciated,
