I went into the clan boss section to fight.  Chose the clan boss and then chose battle.  It showed my team and the clan boss and I chose start.  The screen showed busy.  It never left the start screen and a technical issue message appeared asking if I wanted to continue or retry.  I retried twice and then continued and everything seemed ok.  It showed I had the key.  But when I went back into the clan boss area, the key was gone.  That was about an hour and a half ago.  Since then I bought two keys and fought the clan boss.  Anyway to get the other key back?  I have a snapshot of the tech issue screen.  When I went into support, I just had the busy screen again so I could not post it there. And I do not see a place here to add a picture.  Let me know what needs to be done and how to get the key back (or the 100 gems I spend on one of the keys).
