I'm having the same issue

Same issue, tried 3 different times with detailed list and still sitting at 8 of 13. Tried submitting a ticket but their in game support is broken as well. Submitted one through their support page, no reply yet.

 I'm having the same issue, and It won't let me submit a ticket.

Cant summit a ticket for some reason and  support page just says loading. Ascending challenge not tracking right I've ascend over 50 champions and it's only showing 2 completed no way that is correct 

And it should show what factions are complete to help players complete the challenge 

I have ascended one champion from each faction twice with a detailed list and still getting 10/13 😡😡

I have accended 1 from every fraction twice now and im still getting 9 out of 13 now im missing potions i coild of saved and weekly battle points not happy rifht now 

Is this going to be fixed? Now one of my daily battle pass quests isn't completing either.

Stuck like everyone else...anyone know what the solution is? Seems like it's just...

Same issue for me. Stuck at 12/13 even though I’ve ascended all 13 factions !
